Map view vs. satellite image:
You can switch between the two views on the top right of the map.

Full screen view:
The square box at the top right allows you to view the map in full screen mode. Please note that some functions are not available in this view.

Navigation:
You can use “drag and drop” to navigate the map.

Zooming:
Press and hold the “Control” button and scroll to zoom in or out of the map. Alternatively, you can also use the “+/-” buttons at the bottom right of the map.

Points of interest (POI):
The colorful circles with icons show the ecosystems of our focus sectors – e.g. potential partner companies, research facilities, funding projects and new settlements of each sector. Click to open a tooltip showing the name and link.

Purple dots/areas:
These represent commercial and industrial sites in Rheinisches Revier. When you zoom in, the dots turn into shaded areas. Hovering over it opens additional information in a pink box at the top left.

Filters:
At the top of the left-hand sidebar, you can refine your search criteria to see only the markers on the map that are relevant to you.

Specific areas:
All areas with available sites are listed at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. These automatically adapt to the filters set at the top. Click on an area to make it visible on the map. A pink box with more details also opens in the top left-hand corner.
